Last year we focused on topics for people just discovering the wonderful world of Coworking or those about to open a Coworking space.
Now that we’re all on the same page we wanted to investigate a new set of questions around growth and change. Here goes:
As we begin to move up the bell curve just slightly, we are experiencing growth, change and expansion. No surprise for an industry that has grown 200% year over year for 7 years (Thanks Deskmag). This brings about new players, new challenges, new opportunity and more questions. Here we will discuss themes, questions and ideas that warrant our attention and time with careful moderation and hopefully a few fireworks.
We are nimble and fast so we reserve the right to change it up!

You + Your Brain
We’re starting a little later at 10 am today, use this extra time to eat some breakfast and take care of that hangover! It wouldn’t be an unconference if we had a schedule. That being said, Iris Kavanuaugh of Next Space and Don Ball of CoCo will be implementing new and exciting tools to make this the most focused and nimble unconference you have ever attended. Come ready to make your passions realized and share your vision for the community. We will also be making a deliverable that will be presented to the larger community at the end of the day. (Lunch break from 12-2!)
12:00 – 2:00 Lunch Break!

8:00 Closing Party
GCUC 2013, like all good things, must come to an end. We will celebrate in style with a surprise like no other! There is a good chance you’ll need to pack a fabulous costume and your dancing shoes. Stay tuned for more details!
It’s not a great party without the right music. We need an amazing DJ so we can disco the night away.
The party is going to be awesome, and with your help, we’ll have the pictures to prove it.
Get in touch with your inner disco diva with these costumes that will make you look like you just stepped out of the 70s.
If you’ve never had the pleasure of slipping on one of these paper mache beauties, you are missing out.
If you want to see those costumes and monster masks, we’ve gotta have some lighting. And of course our disco scene wouldn’t be complete without a disco ball and some great dance floor lighting.
After 2 full days of information-packed conference sessions and copious amounts of coffee, our guests are going to need a little something to help them wind down and enjoy the disco!
Help us get someone to serve the drinks, so you don’t have to.
You can’t have a good party without the essentials, and we can’t re-enact Saturday Night Fever without a dance floor.
